UNTOLD FESTIVAL

Untold is a new music festival which takes place in Cluj every year. The most of the music that play in this festival are electronic. I took part myself in the second edition of the festival. Today I want to share my experience.

To be honest Untold was my first music festival so everything was new for me. Even though I dreamt years before about going to a music festival. The atmosphere of the festival and the crowd of people and also the lights have instantly induced me and my friends into a state of fun. As the festival was held in a park in the center of the city it gave us access to everything.

At the first edition, the festival was announced to be a sensation. Big names such as David Guetta, Armin van Buuren and Martin Garrix were expected to perform on the eight spectacular scenes and about 260.000 people were invited to have fun.

The organizers raised the bar high enough, and here the expectations were overcome. All the days were sold-out, and Armin van Buuren concert was attended by 70,000 fans in the main stage of Cluj Arena.

I can say that the Untold festival fits for the majority of people because the scenes hosted trance, chill out, electro house, progressive house, rap. Different musical genres have attracted different people, so it was a melancholy of clothing styles and dances.

Surely you could not get bored because you could find many food shops for all tastes (burgers, salads, sushi, simple sandwiches), but also stalls where brands interact with visitors. The most prominent trend was the 360 photo booth.
