I can say that this novel opened my appetite for reading, thanks to my teacher which made us to read it. It turned out to be a good thing for me. I will never forget this book which made me realize how fun reading can be. However, this book, is quite simple and without an exact story, is one that I recommend to anyone, because it really deserves it. The novel has an autobiographical character and evokes the author's high school years, which at that time corresponded to the V-XII grades today. He tells us about the events during the high school years, being a student of the Lazar high school.
The writer reflects all these memories, for those incredibly beautiful years, childlike emotions as intense as only at that age can be. But besides these, there are also other events that were more important to the main character, such as the first love, the teachers he most appreciated, or the most unfortunate or those who were the most other high school experiences.
What can I say? At some point, I laughed alone in the room, seriously. So these students in the book did not hesitate to make a joke if they had the opportunity. So the result is a glamorous writing, reading it goes directly to the soul. A great description of the events in life with personalities of our culture or the experience of the narrator's encounters with some of them- pages that made me feel that I would have liked to have such a teacher, to enrich their classes with these exciting ideas. The end impressed me more strongly than I thought. In the end we get the part of the story where the young student becomes teacher himself.
